Climical Investigations On The Treatment Of Pirmary Dysmenorrhea Of Congealing Cold And Blood Stasis With Wenjing Huoxue Formula Combined With Auricular Point Plaster Therapy

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of temperature by Wenjing HuoxueFormula Combined with auricular point plaster therapy of cold coagulation and bloodstasis type primary dysmenorrhea, and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:60cases of cold coagulation and blood stasis in patients with primarydysmenorrhea were randomly divided into three groups：The treatment group (20cases,Wenjing Huoxue Formula Combined with external use of acupressure); The control groupI(20cases, Wenjing Huoxue Formula); The control group II (20cases, external ear pointpressing). Observe the change three groups of blood rheology and, TCM syndromecurative effect and the related index of estrogen and progesterone before and aftertreatment，improve the clinical efficacyResults:(1) After treatment, The clinical effect of treatment group was better than thecontrol groups, and there was statistical significance, No significant differences betweenthe two groups (P>0.05), but the clinical curative effect was significantly better than thecontrol group I, groupⅡ.(2) After treatment in the efficacy of TCM syndrome, Thetreatment group was better than the two control groups, and there was significantdifference (P<0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05),but the results suggest that the effect of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine is betterthan that of the control group I, group II;(3) After the treatment, the treatment group inimproving blood viscosity and curative effect is better than that of the control group(P<0.05) two, no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);(4) Aftertreatment, compared with two control in E2groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), the content of P increased significantly, compared with statistical significance, there was nosignificant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of Wenjing Huoxue Formula combined ear point pressing typeof cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea has good treatment effect, and caneffectively improve the clinical symptoms, enhance the analgesic effect, improve the bloodviscous state of hormone levels, with adjustment for patients with ovarian, gain thespecimen and cure effect.
