The Treatment Of Wenjing Decoction Curative Effect Analysis Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction on primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood stasis type.Methods: 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsules,while the treatment group was treated with Wenjing decoction.Before and after 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,TCM Syndrome Scale score,VAS score and Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale score were used to evaluate the effect.After 3 months of treatment,follow-up was conducted to determine the long-term effect.Spss25.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased,and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05)2.After treatment,the total effective rate was 86.21% in the treatment group and 72.41% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of VAS score: after treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale(average intensity,attack time)score comparison: after treatment,Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale(average intensity,attack time)score comparison,the treatment group decreased more significantly,better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05)5.Clinical efficacy comparison: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21%,and that of the control group was 79.31%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);long term efficacy comparison: after 3months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was82.76%,and that of the control group was 68.97%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Wenjing decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,improve the curative effect of TCM,and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,which is better than the control group.2.The analgesic effect of Wenjing decoction after treatment with Jiawei Liang Fang is equivalent to that of Ibuprofen Sustained release capsule;But from the long-term analgesic effect,the effect of Wenjing decoction is better than that of the control group.3.Wenjing decoction can reduce the Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale score of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and improve other clinical symptoms,which is better than the control group.4.The clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type is better than that of the control group,and the long-term clinical effect is also better than that of the control group,indicating that the short-term and long-term effects of the treatment group are better.
