Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type By Modified Wenjing Decoction And Qinzhen

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Liang Fang Wenjing Decoction combined with Qinzhen in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and to explore the effectiveness and safety ofmodified Liang Fang Wenjing Decoction combined with Qinzhen by statistically comparing and analyzing the changes of NRS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,In order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,explore a better clinical treatment scheme for primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and better improve the quality of life of patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods88 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group(modified Liang Fang Wenjing Decoction combined with Qinzhen)and control group(modified Liang Fang Wenjing Decoction).They were given corresponding treatment 7 days before menstruation for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The changes of NRS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed and recorded to evaluate the comprehensive curative effect,Statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of modified Liang Fang Wenjing Decoction combined with Qinzhen in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Results A total of 88 qualified subjects were included.10 cases fell off due to personal reasons in the process,and 78 cases were finally completed,including 39 cases in the observation group(addition and subtraction of modified Liang Fang Wenjing Decoction combined with Qinzhen)and 39 cases in the control group(addition and subtraction of modified Liang Fang Wenjing Decoction).1.Baseline data: there was no significant difference in age,course of disease,NRS,dysmenorrhea symptom score,degree of dysmenorrhea and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Numerical Rating Scale(NRS): after the course of treatment,the two treatment schemes can effectively reduce the degree of pain.However,the effect of reducing the degree of pain in the observation group is better than that in the control group.There is a statistically significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).3.Dysmenorrhea symptom score and degree of dysmenorrhea: after the course of treatment,the two schemes can significantly alleviate the manifestations of dysmenorrhea and reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea.However,the improvement of dysmenorrhea symptoms and degree in the observation group is significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: after the course of treatment,the cold coagulation and blood stasis state of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment.After treatment,the syndrome score of the two groups was statistically analyzed(P < 0.05),indicating that the observation group can more effectively relieve the cold coagulation and blood stasis state of the uterus and Chong Ren.5.Comprehensive curative effect: after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.75% and that of the control group was 76.92%.The statistical analysis of the two groups showed that there was significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the comprehensive curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The modified Wenjing decoction combined with Qinzhen therapy can effectively improve the dysmenorrhea symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and improve the state of cold coagulation and blood stasis.It has better curative effect than oral treatment of single traditional Chinese medicine,no adverse reactions,high safety and clinical value.
