Comparative Study On Nursing Quality Management Of PDCA Circulation

Objective: To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle theory model in nursing quality management before and after the comparison,and to analyze the existing problems and causes of nursing quality management in the third grade hospital of Xinjiang medical colleges,The author puts forward a solution to improve the nursing quality,reduce the nurse-patient contradiction and improve the patient's satisfaction by applying effective,humane and scientific nursing quality management methods to nursing quality management.Methods: The nursing quality evaluation data of each nursing unit before and after the quality control and management by PDCA cycle in 2014 and 2015 were collected and compared with the corresponding standards in Nursing Quality Evaluation Standard.The data were analyzed with Exce2007 and SAS v9.2 to establish the database and statistical software.Results:(1)Ward management: After the implementation of PDCA cycle,the quality of Ward in 2015 increased greatly.(2)quality of nursing instruments management: the implementation of the PDCA cycle in 2015 after the implementation of the quality of care instruments in 2014 has been greatly improved.Tumor 1,the quality of care in the area of the quality of care,The quality of nursing documents of the three nursing units in the three departments of the department of gynecology,gerontology,and blood has reached the standard,and in the quality inspection of the nursing documents,the problems of the order of doctors are found most,among them,the characteristics of specialties,alteration,typos,lack of accuracy,(3)Rescue and treatment items Drug management: After the implementation of PDCA cycle in 2015,the quality of treatment of drug treatment items in 2014 than before the implementation of a great improvement in 2014.Department of Breast Surgery,Department of Psychiatry,ICU and other five care units of the rescue treatment of drug quality standards of drugs;in the rescue treatment of drug quality inspection found in the shortage of first aid equipment,emergency medicine shortage and expired phenomenon.(4)Head nurses quality management: the implementation of PDCA cycle The head nurses 'quality of management in 2015 is much higher than that before 2014.The head nurses' quality management of the two nursing units in the three departments of emergency blood has reached the standard,and found that the head nurses in the day-to-day management The implementation of the PDCA cycle can effectively improve the clinical departments in ward management,nursing document management,treatment of drug treatment of the rescue items,nurse management of nursing Quality level,can effectively find the quality of care management problems,PDCA cycle implementation can promote the clinical department of nursing quality management level of continuous improvement.
