Clinical Observation Of Qibaomeiran Dan Unite The Compound Of Kaliziran Tincture For Treating Alopecia Areata

Objective:Observating the clinical efficacy of qibao meiran dan unite the compound of kaliziran tincture for treating alopecia areata (deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome),using scores both of severity of alopecia tool(SALT) and dermatology life quality index(DLQI) as evaluations, obsevating and analyzing the efficacy from aspects of subjective and objective.Methods:Using the method of randomized control, the 72 patients of alopecia areata that meet the standards are randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, the number of the actual completion patients in treatment group is 35,and control group is 33 for exfoliating 4 cases in the process of research observation.Patients in treatment group admit the traditional Chinese medicine named "qibao meiran dan",and the control group takes "gastrodia elata shouwu caosule". Two groups of patients were given the compound of kaliziran tincture. Treating for 12 weeks,4 weeks observation once, record scores both of SALT and DLQI and any adverse reaction, and then determine the clinical effect.Results:1.At the beginning of the 4nd weekend of treatment, there has a significant difference between the SALT score and DLQI score in the prior treatment whether in treatment group or control group (P< 0.05); At the beginning of the 8nd weekend of treatment, the two indicators above both have significant differences between treatment group and control group (P< 0.05).2.After 12 weeks of treatment, selecting the improvement of SALT scores as the efficacy judge index,the totle effective rate of the treatment group is 85.71%; the total effective rate of control group is 66.67%, there is a significant difference comparing the efficacy of the two groups of patients (P<0.05).Conclusions:1." Qibao meiran dan unite the compound of kaliziran tincture" can effectively improve the deficiency of SALT scores and DLQI scores of alopecia areata patients(deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome).2.Qibao meiran dan can improve the clinical symptoms, improve symptoms in patients with integral;Qibao meiran dan is the safe and effective prescription of Alopecia Areata of deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome.
