The Clinical Observation Of Ziyin Yangxue Fusheng Decoction Combined With Plum Blossom Needle Tapping In The Treatment Of Alopecia Areata With Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ziyin yangxue fusheng prescription combined with plum blossom needle tapping on alopecia areata with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods:Using random number table method,60 patients with alopecia areata with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome who met the case selection criteria were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with compound siyadan shengfa tincture externally.On the basis of the control group,the patients in the treatment group were treated with ziyin yangxue fusheng formula combined with plum blossom needle percussion and needling,one course of treatment every 4 weeks,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The patients’ skin lesions were scored and compared before and after each course of treatment to determine the clinical efficacy.Before and after three courses of treatment,the patients in the two groups were scored with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and skin disease quality of life(DQOLS)to evaluate the improvement of the condition.Results: During the study,10 cases were cured,13 cases markedly effective,3 cases effective,2 cases ineffective in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 92.85%;in the control group,5 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 74.07%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The DQOLS score results showed that both groups of treatment methods could improve the quality of life of patients(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziyin yangxue fusheng decoction combined with plum blossom needle tapping can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of alopecia areata patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.
