Objectives In order to find the deficiencies of high level health personnel training andexplore a new way to reform and improve the training mode in our province, we analyzedthe development course and the related policy system of clinical medical education modeand the situation of seven-year education system in Hebei Medical University.Methods We analyzed the management policies of clinical seven-year degree throughliterature review, interviewing of teachers and students and questionnaire. Then ProcessStatistical Analysis by Fisher’s exact test, chi-square test and variance analysis.Results1Training present situation analysis:Half of teachers group and the trainingunit thought the training goal didn’t meet their expectations. It indicating that all groupsdidn’t satisfy the clinical teaching stage arrangement. The results generally reflect thePBL and bilingual teaching in the teaching process are not vigorously carrying out. Inrespect of employment, students and teachers group keep more pessimistic attitude;2Comprehensive quality evaluation of seven-year education system students:the scoresof clinical knowledge and skills was high and the social comprehensive ability was low inStudents and the teachers group, the overall scores in the training unit was lower thanother groups, the scores of clinical knowledge and skills in students was lowest;3Training mode reform: Three groups were agreed to increase the interview inadmissions which would improve the quality of students. Students and teachers groupmaintained that the research phase of the schedule and the scientific research methodsshould be increased. For example, the teaching contents in doctor-patient communication,the bilingual teaching with PBL teaching in professional courses and so on.Conclusions We can improve it from the following several aspects:1Improve thequality of students and set up reasonable exit mechanism.2make the teaching goals clearand optimize the teaching plan.3Improve the allocation of resources and teachingmethods.4Normative research and training, improve the students’ scientific researchlevel.5Alleviate the pressure of the life and employment in students.
