Study On The Sustainable Development Of Agriculture In Energy Enrichment Area

In recent years, Yu Yang, as a typical energy district, has made remarkable achievements through the energy chemical industry base construction and the development of the industries. However, large-scale resources exploitation and the extensive mode of economic development has brought a serious destruction to Yu Yang, such as water pollution, soil degradation,"three wastes" pollution increased year by year. All these problem made the fragile local ecological environment much worse. Due to long-term neglect ecological environment protection and governance, the ecological environment is worsening, even become the Yu Yang area sustainable economic and social development’bottleneck’ and a threat to the construction of "Mei Li Yu Yang".Based on the importance of agricultural sustainable development for local economic and social development, this paper evaluated and analysis Yu Yang district agricultural ecological environment. Yu Yang district agricultural sustainable development is to have a deeper knowledge and objective, based on the agricultural sustainable development theory, using empirical analysis and normative analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis method, under the deep research of Yu Yang district agricultural sustainable development present situation, agricultural ecological environment deterioration, through consulting all kinds of the method of literature and other parts of the evaluation indexes both at home and abroad, constructs the Yu Yang district agricultural sustainable development evaluation index, evaluate the agricultural sustainable development and the environment and the resources subsystem to support the sustainable development of agriculture through the data analysis. On this basis, the paper put forward policy recommendations for Yu Yang district agricultural sustainable development from the perspective of resource, environmental, economy, society and population.
