Eco-tourism For Sustainable Development Evaluation Index System And Evaluation Model

It is of great importance to establish the index system of sustainable development of ecotourism which can norm the construction of ecotourism zone, promote the sustainable utilization of ecotourism resources and guide the healthy development of ecotourism. However, at present, relevant researches and corresponding practices can be explored rarely in China. And the evaluating mode and index of sustainable development of ecotourism is of great significance, both practical and theatrical.First, this thesis presents a literature overview of ecotourism theory and the development of ecotourism and puts forward the index system of sustainable development of ecotourism by a field survey of scenery zone in County Ji. Concerning data is obtained and conformed and relevant data is filtered by consulting the expertise, thus the evaluating index system of the development of sustainable ecotourism is constructed. This system contains 37 factors and it can be divided into three layers: environment, economy and society. Environment contains two index layers: resources quality of ecotourism and social-envirmental quality of ecotourism, including 11 factors; Economy contains two index layers: the facility construction of ecotourism and the operators of ecotourism, including 12 factors; Society contains three index layers: the operators of tourism, the environmental-social benefits of ecology and homonym between environment and society, including 14 factors.Second, the weighting of the indexes is pined down by analyzing administrative level. The evaluating standard of sustainable development of ecotourism is established by consulting the expertise and conforming the data in accordance with the standard of the People's Republic of China. And the evaluating mode of sustainable development of ecotourism is constructed by adopting multiple objectives analysis of linear weighting function method.Finally, the positive research has been carried out in the scenery zone in County Ji, Tianjin with this system and mode .And results show that the ecotourism of County Ji, Tianjin is in the middle preparatory stage of sustainable development of ecotourism.
