| The road traffic has become the important part of modern integrated traffic transportation for its flexible, fast, convenient, mobile, wide-coverage, deep connection and easy to reach. Considering the conditions of our country, on one hand,economy development has put forward in creasing demands for road traffic transportation,especially for highway,to gain a larger first development in order to meet the needs for Chinese economic take off. On the other hand, the condition of Chinese environmental resources has strongly restricted the development of road traffic transportation in many ways. Thus sustainable development has become an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of road trafic,especially for Chinese highways.Firstly,In this paper,based on the meaning of sustainabled evelopment,through researching the status of post evaluation for sustainable development on the domestic highway, the characteristics,meanings and purposes of highway construction were studied.Secondly ,a new method to normalize attribute-value of assessment-indicators is proposed and the assessment-indicators quotient, the indicators-system and the rationality are discussed in the synthetic post evaluation. the thesis sets up the evaluation index system with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and provides the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. example shows the obtained result is more satisfied and the innovation of method is proved.Finally, with Hu-Ning Expressway project,this paper does sustainable and comprehensive evaluation, to test the theory, the methodology and the models of Multiple Attribute post Evaluation of investment project, and to point out improving opinions. The demonstration states that the evaluation theory and the model based on the theory of sustainabled evelopment are adapt to the practice.Shang hai-Nanjing expressway( Jingsu section)project and the result shows that the model is rational and efective. |
