Study On The Evaluation Of Enterprise Sustainable Development Ability Based On The Hierarchy-station Evaluation

With the development of the economy and technology, people's consciousness of sustainable development is gradually getting stronger. Although the enterprise is an significant molecule in the macro-economy, it is extremely important for improvement of the society and economy to implement the enterprise sustainable development. Meanwhile, the continuously long-term development is also the aim of all enterprises. Therefore, it is significant to design a scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes for the unified and normative evaluation system in the enterprise sustainable development to periodically evaluate each enterprise department in an effective way. Based on the theory of system analysis engineering, management and system evaluation, the research is focused on the theory and methodology of the enterprise sustainable development.Firstly, a complete and scientific concept of Enterprise Sustainable Development is proposed in this essay by anal sizing the research finding in the enterprise sustainable development at home and abroad, discriminating the concept relevant to the enterprise sustainable development to establish theory base for the enterprise evaluation.Secondly, in the dissertation, the structure of enterprise system is briefly summarized and the basic question of system evaluation is clearly defined from the sustainable development angle. An Evaluation Indexes System is designed and each level of index is elaborated from both internal and external factors affecting the sustainable development.Finally, the Hierarchy-Station Evaluation model is constructed by combining Balanced Scorecard system and applying Hierarchy Station Evaluation. Taking China 22Mcc Group Corporation Ltd. as an example, an empirical study is also carried out on the sustainable development competence of this corporation, reflecting its good state of sustainable development.
