Sustainable Development And Comprehensive Evaluation Of Mining Enterprises

Mining industry is very important in China’s economic and social development, and is the basic industry of national economy, but also is the foundation of realize many other industry developing. China’s economic and social sustainable development require the mining industry to realize sustainable development, but, due to the effect of the traditional economic development mode, the sustainable development of China’s mining industry faces serious difficulties, how to overcome these difficulties, and promote the sustainable development of the mining industry has become the mineral enterprises highly concern problems. Mining industry development is a complex system engineering, which has required many professional skills. To achieve the sustainable development of the mining industry, firstly we must have a sustainable development evaluating system, which can evaluating the level of sustainable development of enterprise. then should have a set of practical and effective measures to change the adverse factors, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. It is based on this understanding, the paper selected the "enterprises sustainable development and comprehensive evaluation" as a research subject, trying to explore the system and method to evaluation of China’s mining industry sustainable development from the system theory.Therefore, this paper firstly clear the connotation and requirement of sustainable development of mining enterprises from the sustainable development conception.Secondly, analyzed the present situation of sustainable development of mining enterprises and the problems on the developing road.providing a theoretical and practical basis for the establishing indicator system of mining enterprise sustainable development.Then, in view of the traditional evaluation index system can not make a reasonable evaluation of mining enterprises. This article from the actual situation of mining enterprises, and following the ideology and construction principle of index system, constructing the, put forward a comprehensive evaluation index system of mining enterprise sustainable development. In the process of establishing index system, this paper first comes from system theory perspective, including the system stability, system development, system sustainable development. The indicators of resources, society, technology have strong comprehensiveness. In the process of selecting indicators, this paper takes the subjective and objective method, making the index having a strong representation and manipulation.Then, according to the general situation of mining enterprises, this paper takes the AHP with entropy method to weight the indicators of sustainable development of mining enterprises. This hierarchy weighting method can avoid the confusion and errors when weighting the large index at the same time, thus greatly improving the accuracy of evaluation.Finally, this paper taking mining limited company of Yunnan Diqing as the case, with the previous evaluation system as a foundation, gets the result of the sustainable development of Diqing mining company and put forward the corresponding suggestions.At the end, this paper gives some suggestions for the sustainable development of China’s mining enterprises.
