Studies On Evaluation Index System Of Forestry Sustainable Development Of Fujian Procince

At present the sustainable development ideal has been accepted by various countries government and general populace in the world, and has become the guiding principle and the strategic target which country and local development follows together. The forestry is shouldering the heavy responsibility which synthesis forest management healthy, the forest environment ecology integrity and the future choose possible. The forestry sustainable development not only is the part of the sustainable development, also is the manifest of the sustainable development moves theory to the practice.This paper take the sustainable development ideal as the instruction, embarks from the forestry actual situation of Fujian Province, construct appraisal system of forestry sustainable development which has the feasibility in the actual utilization. Through reference and analysis the predecessor's research of the forestry sustainable development of Fujian Province, this paper in detail elaborates the forestry sustainable development concept, the connotation, and the relations with acoording concept. and make the detailed introduction on how to construct appraisal system of forestry sustainable development, how to select indexes and how to quantify the indexes. Finally uses the analytical hierarchy process to construct appraisal system of forestry sustainable development of Fujian Province,which comprises 5 level, all 32 indexes . This system breaks through the limitation of predecessor's research on forestry sustainable management, involves to the forestry resources, the environment, the economy, the social total four systems and the forestry first, second, the 3th total 3 industrial structure. And introduce the theory into the system which"the forestry sustainable development" could not the merely understanding be "the forestry natural resource sustainable development", but will be supposed to consider the demand of people to forestry product and the "forestry industry sustainable development". This system besides pays attention-to forestry own survival system sustainable development, also pays great attention to the forestry product, social and ecology function sustainable development, All in all, this index system both in theories and in practice can reflect the actual conditions of forestry sustainable development.The results show that: study area's forestry sustainable development synthesis index is 0.8828,is at the condition of "the sustainable development". Forestry natural resource sustainable development index is 0.7748, the sustainable level is ordinary, has certain foundation also has the further development potential, in the foundation of protecting the existing forest resources, needs to further increases the forest resources total quantity; The forestry economy sustainable level is very high, its index achieves 1.1931, Mainly is decided by this local forestry product sustainable level (index is 1.2830), The forestry society and the ecobgy sustainable level is ordinary, the index is 0.7740, The overall performance holds the ecological forest area ratio level and the coast forest coverage is high, but the forest tourism development is slow, the research and development funds of entire Fujian province insufficiency, the transportation owes developed.
