A Study On The Social Security Level And Its Moderation Of Henan Province

The establishment of a sound social security system and improve the social security level isrequired to resolve livelihood issues,but also the guarantee of economic development and socialstability.The level of Social security is an important index to measure development of social security. Tounderstand the level of social security situation is beneficial to the improvement of the social securitysystem and social security level. Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis of the social security level ofHenan province.Based on the related theories of social security level, firstly, respectively from the total level ofsocial security analysis, the level of social security project analysis, the comparison of the level of socialsecurity between urban and rural areas and the comparison among some provinces is to understand thepresent situation of the social security level of Henan province; secondly, using the measure model ofsocial security moderate level to measure the moderate level of social security level of Henan province.Through the analysis, the total level of social security of Henan province is continuously improving, but ata lower level, and the social security level of Henan province is not modest, the gap between the actuallevel and the lower limit of the moderate level of social security of Henan province is very big. Then,respectively, analyzing the influencing factors of the social security level of Henan province from theaspects of economic scale and the level of economic development, policy, social structure and populationstructure; finally, according to the analysis of development of the social security level of Henan province,put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve social security the level of Henan province, topromote the improvement and the development of the social security system of Henan province.
