Clinical Practice Management Research Based On PDCA Cycle

Clinical practice is a special stage of higher medical education, is to cultivate and improve the ability of clinical practice, and is the key part to promote the combination of medical theory and clinical practice. It enables the students to consolidate the basic knowledge and theory, to improve the clinical practice, and to gradually form a good clinical thinking ability. The clinical practice also trains the students to obtain good clinical skills and master the correct clinical operation methods. Meanwhile, the students’ social adaptation ability has been strengthened; social skills, communication and coordination abilities have been improved. They have developed strong law-abiding consciousness and obtained the good moral quality of complying with professional ethics, abiding by the public order and social system.However, as to the effect of new medical model, college enrollment, the reform of employment system, the doctor-patient relationship and other factors, the quality of clinical practice has displayed a trend of decline. Therefore, to strengthen the management of clinical practice and improve the quality of clinical practice is an important subject in medical education.This study selected the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Which is the author’s working place to conduct the investigation. Through the tools of Wan Fang database, China HowNet retrieval, Internet network and professional books, a lot of information on management of literature PDCA cycle and clinical practice quality management are acquired. The paper briefly introduced the clinical practice and quality management in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, analyzed the PDCA circulation in the management of hospital operation. The sampling questionnaire towards the intern, clinical teachers was performed to investigate the present situation of clinical practice and factors involved, then the symposium on clinical practice was to be held attended by the clinical teachers and intern representatives. According to the questionnaire and the symposium results, measures to improve clinical practice management are to be formulated. In the management of clinical practice, according to the measures, the study has strict implementation of PDCA circulation plan, implementation, inspection, comparison the relevant data of the clinical practice after the implementation of PDCA cycle, analysis and summing up the clinical effect applied by PDCA in the circulation practice management with the insufficient part into the next cycle.
