Objectives:The PDCA cycle management method applied to transport patients in the operating room quality management, optimization and reorganization of transport processes, by comparison, an analysis of transit quality and efficiency of patient before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle management method, and explore the PDCA cycle management method in the consolidated hospital operating room patients transfer effect, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the operating room safe transfer of patients to provide evidence, and provide theoretical basis for research to explore the operating room safe patient transport quality management. Methods:Field track patient transport full implementation of PDCA cycle management law before the start of a random sample of 162 cases of transit cases as the experimental group, record and organize transport in the quality problems, the application of PDCA cycle analysis to sort out the problems, in strict accordance with the Plan, Do, Check, Action four stages of quality problems in transit to intervene and improve. PDCA cycle management method to improve measures to implement the three-month, six months after the randomly selected 164 cases of patient transport as a control group.Compare improve the frequency and transit time in patients with different stages of transport before and after adverse events. The basic method is:Ask a questionâ†'Understand the development of measures to analyze the reasonsâ†' Check the effect of the implementation of measuresâ†'lessons or go to the next PDCA cycle.Results:1. Track before and after the transfer of patients to improve the quality of the frequency comparator improved three months after delivery to improve patient six months after the transfer back to the ward while appearing not to replace the outgoing slippers, not replace flat truck bed and flat wheels not disinfection, only one patient transfer times significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001).2. Improved frequency stored before and after the medical transport quality before and after improvements frequency comparator 135 operations improved external devices wheels before it is pushed into the operating room without disinfection appeared significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (χ2= 87.3,P<0.001). Wear slippers placed within outer wear slippers shoe rack, placed on a shoe out clothes, go out wearing slippers slippers placed in a shoe, the doctor to change the bed room to find family members of patients signed between the doctor to change the bed to find family members of patients to see samples, the number of patients carrying the image did not remind material appearing significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Before reconstruction stretcher transport quality problems in contrast stretcher transport improvements six months after the patient’s head is not facing the big wheel end frequency of 24%, by chi-square test showed no significant difference (χ2= 5.389, P>0.05). Patients with different stages of transit time comparison through PDCA cycle management method and the improved4. Improved three months after the implementation of these measures for six months the time required for the different stages of transport, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).5. Improve patient before and after the replacement time is relatively flat car improved after 6 months 44 patients replace flatcar average time 47.34 seconds, lowering the improved replacement time, the difference was statistically significant (F=3.476, P= 0.034).6. Improve health care around the intern and the number of times a person is relatively improved transit frequency six months after a person intern transport appeared 20.1%, appear less frequently after the improvements, the difference was statistically significant (χ2= 7.26, P<0.05); Frequency improvement six months after a medical person there is the transfer of 13.6%, chi-square test showed no significant difference (χ2= 3.91, P> 0.05).Conclusions:After the implementation of PDCA cycle management method transporters operating room patients to reduce adverse events, medical operations normative improved transit time in patients with different stages of the peace vehicle replacement time reducing the number of interns who transport a decline in the frequency of occurrence, by PDCA implementation cycle management method of surgery transit procedure to regulate the management, strengthen the training of the operating room staff security management and transfer of skills, improve the quality and efficiency of transport operating room patients.
