Popularization of higher education and the new health reform requires higher school health management professional talents develop not only in the quantity, but also quality pursuit. Health management personnel training of the knowledge deposit is being challenged. Health service management education bachelor degree is an important part of the construction of the professional management team. It is more important that the professional management team can promote health whole performance. Therefore, to explore a new health management talents strategy, that has both practice ability and innovation spirit, more has knowledge, ability and high quality.Research purposesOn the basis of related literature at home and abroad, to explore health management professional undergraduate students core competence by the theory of core competence. On this theory basis, curriculum system is an empirical research on curriculum system is studied in order to provide reference basis for Health management education training and evalution.MethodsFirst of all, literature review and related theory combing. By analyzing the research status of health management at home and abroad, to find the research breakthrough.On the basis Ofliterature review, to select suitable theories and research methods course, put forward the index system of core competence construction principles, and establish a preliminary index library.Second, the study of health management professional undergraduate studies core competence system. Based on literature research and index database and according to Delphi method, to build the index system of core competence by designing experts consultation questionnaire and conducting two rounds of expert consultation. The index weight of core competence are determined by AHP.Finally,the optimization curriculum research of the health management. According to the core competence, the empirical study on curriculum of S university is conducted by curriculum interative effect method.ResultsPartl.The evaluation index system of core competence which concludes5dimensions and27entries and weights of each level index are established. It is concluded that the ranking order of these5dimensions are evidence-based decision-making (0.2613), social intercourse ability (0.2071), the operation ability (0.1889), organization and management ability(0.1760), career development capacity (0.1666);Part2. Put forward an new course plan of "level+module". The new course plan is made up by professional level, development level and Seven modules (professional background module,professional basis module, professional core module, common course module, professional development module, tool module,humanistic module).Research conclusionBuilding the health management professional undergraduate core competency index system, and the course optimization of empirical research based on the core competency expand the content of health service management education in our country, and promote the sustainable development of the professional.
