Study On Mechanism Of Construction Of Valuation System For Rehabilitation Specialist Nurses Based On Core Competence

Objective:With the rapid development of the national economy,the living standards have been continuously improved,the average life expectancy of the population has been extended,and the demand for rehabilitation has increased significantly.China's rehabilitation medicine industry has also ushered in a new era mission.In the context of great health and well-being,rehabilitation nursing,as an important part of the great rehabilitation system,plays a vital role in the entire rehabilitation process.This project aims to build a rating system for rehabilitation specialist nurses based on core competencies,and to provide a reference basis for the formulation of rehabilitation nursing industry standards,rehabilitation specialist nurse training,and professional qualification certification.Promote the self-improvement of rehabilitation nurses in their careers,and improve the quality of rehabilitation nursing services by improving the nursing standards of rehabilitation nurses.Methods:1.Literature analysis method: Through literature review,the core competence of rehabilitation nurses and specialized nurses were searched.According to the core competence and related competence requirements of nurses specified by the Chinese Nursing Association,nurses 'training outline in the field of specialist nursing,nurses' guide for rehabilitation specialists,and duties of rehabilitation nursing posts,primary entries are extracted.2.Theoretical analysis method: It refers to the analysis and arrangement of the index items based on the core competence theory,role theory of the specialist nurses,and the reference to the CRRN certification examination outline,combined with the development status of domestic and rehabilitation nursing,to ensure primary indicators.Selection of science.3.Expert meeting method: an expert group consisting of 12 doctors,therapists,and rehabilitation care experts conducts pre-investigations and completes the screening of the entry pool through expert discussions.4.Delphi expert letter inquiry method: conduct 2 rounds of expert letter inquiry to 20 experts from 12 provinces including Sichuan,Guangdong,Hunan,etc.,and modify and improve the evaluation indicators according to the expert opinions to form the core competence evaluation indicators of rehabilitation nurses system.Results:1.The authoritative authority of this study is q = 0.822,which is greater than 0.700,which indicates that the evaluation system is of good science and representativeness.2.The Kendall's harmony coefficient of the second round of survey results was 0.312,and the chi-square test P <0.01 was statistically significant,indicating that the evaluation system has good consistency.3.The weights of the indicators at all levels of the evaluation system are determined,and the importance of each indicator of the evaluation system is analyzed based on the weights.The weight of the first-level indicators ranges from 0.2415-0.2557,the second-level indicators range from 0.1896-0.5172,and the third-level indicators0.1209-0.3409.Conclusion:In this study,a core competency evaluation system for nurses in rehabilitation disciplines was established,with four primary indicators,12 secondary indicators,and 63 tertiary indicators.
