Objective This study aims to build a full-time master's graduate nurses' clinical core competence evaluation index system which in line with the China's national conditions.In order to improve the clinical and scientific research ability of full-time postgraduate nurses,promote the professional and scientific development of clinical nursing in China,it will provide the basis for the construction of clinical standardized training program,post performance appraisal and career planning of full-time master's graduate nurses who base on clinical nursing post and undertake nursing scientific research task.The system will offer reference for the improvement of nursing postgraduate education strategy and curriculum system,and reference for the construction of core competence index of full-time master's graduate nurses in clinical specialties and stages as well.Methods 1.In this study,literature analysis and semi-structured interview were used to construct the draft of the evaluation index system of the clinical core competence.2.Then the index concept is defined and screened by Delphi expert consulting method.3.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight coefficient of each index,and the authority coefficient,judgment coefficient and content familiarity degree of experts are calculated to judge the reliability and authority of experts.Results 1.The definition of full-time master's graduate nurse and clinical core competence of full-time master's graduate nurse was completed,and the evaluation index system of clinic core competence of full-time master's graduate nurse was constructed.The system consists of 6 primary indicators(including clinical practice ability,clinical research ability,nursing education ability,organizational management ability,communication and collaboration ability and professional development ability),20 secondary indicators and 80tertiary indicators.2.The weights of the 6 first-level indicators are 0.1260,0.3443,0.0764,0.0542,0.2731 and 0.1260 respectively.3.The effective rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,and the average authoritative coefficient of the experts was 0.87 and 0.88,respectively.4.The coordination coefficients of indicators at all levels were 0.29,0.18 and 0.16 respectively(p<0.05).Conclusion We defined the concept of full-time master's graduate nurse and clinical core competence offull-time master's graduate nurse,established the evaluation index system of clinical core competence of full-time master's graduate nurse,and proposed improvement suggestions for the improvement of various aspects of competence.Our work offers evaluation tools for the clinical standardized training,assessment and career planning of this group,and offers reference basis for the research on the core competence of full-time graduate nurses in various specialties and career stages.To improve the clinical and scientific research ability of full-time master's graduate nurses and promote the professional and scientific development of clinical nursing in China.
