Fill Lung Qi And Eliminating Phlegm Method Together With The Oxygen Cure Curative Effect On Chronic Cor Pulmonale Stability Study

ObjectiveSummary of Chinese medicine for the treatment of stable chronic pulmonary heart disease advantage, improve the clinical efficacy.Through randomized controlled clinical study, verify the efficacy of the regimen in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsSelected according to the diagnosis and the inclusion criteria of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with stable cases60cases, randomly divided into the observation group and30cases in the control group. Two groups were maintained the basic diseases of Western medicine therapy unchanged, while the control group was given nasal catheter oxygen, added to the test group treated with Chinese medicine dialectical treatment under the same oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was8weeks, recorded before and after treatment TCM syndrome score, arterial blood gas (PaO2, PaCO1, SO2),blood routine of two groups. For statistical analysis, to evaluate the efficacy.Analysis was by intention to treat (ITT) principle to analyze clinical data, analysis of the distribution of measurement data, the normal distribution with t test, non-normal distribution with rank sum test, count data using X2test, ranked data using rank sum test.Results1Comparison of the efficiency of two groups, the observation group was63.33%, and the control group was24.14%, the efficiency of two groups had significant difference(P＜0.05), the observation group was significantly better than the control group.2Within group and between group comparison of two groups of syndrome total score, showed significant statistical difference (P＜0.05), the observation group better than the control group.3For8weeks, the comparison of TCM symptom scores, except cyanosis、ventosity and inappetence、edema, other symptom score in observation group were decreased (P＜0.05). The control group was beneficial to chest pain(P＜0.05). To improve the tightness in the chest, palpitation dyspnea, cough, edema (P＜0.05), the observation group was better than control group.4A comparative analysis of two groups of arterial blood gas, blood routine before and after treatment between the groups, there was no significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion"Bufei Huoxue Huatan method" with oxygen therapy clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease is significant.
