Effect Of Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Therapy On Quality Of Life And Related Cytokines In Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated With Pulmonary Fibrosis

Objectives:This experiment is to choose the method of Jianpi Huatan Huoxue therapy to treat Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease complicated with Pulmonary Fibrosis(COPD-PF)with phlegm and blood stasis.By observing the influence on the quality of life and the level of related cytokines in patients,we can analyze the mechanism of this method and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Methods:Selected randomized controlled clinical trial design,62patients with stable COPD-PFⅡ-Ⅲpatients and TCM syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given basic treatment plus Bailing Capsule.In the treatment group,besides basic treatment,the prescription granules of Jianpi Xiaotan Yin were given orally.In the course of the study,two groups of patients could be treated with Seretide if necessary.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the changes of TCM syndromes score,CAT score,SGRQ score,pulmonary function and related cytokines levels before and after the experiment,and to compare the curative effect.Results:(1)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,SGRQ and CAT in the two groups decreased,the symptoms were alleviated,the quality of life was improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01),and the level of FEV1%was only increased in the treatment group(P<0.01);the D_LCO in the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the levels of PCⅢand HA in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);only the levels of TNF-αand IV-C in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of LN in the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).(4)After treatment,there were no significant abnormalities in vital signs,three routines and liver and kidney functions in both groups.Conclusion:The self-made Jianpi Xiaotan Yin,which is based on the legislation of invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation,can produce positive effects on the clinical manifestations,lung function and the concentration of related cytokines in the stable stage of COPD-PF with phlegm and blood stasis.It can slow down the progress of COPD-PF,improve the quality of life,and have no obvious adverse reactions.
