Observation Of Curative Effect Of Bufei Huatan Yixin Decoction In Treating Chronic Heart Failure With Yin Deficiency And Phlegm Turbidity Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bufei Huatan Yixin Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with Yin deficiency and phlegm turbidity,evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and provide theoretical basis for its application in clinical treatment.Methods: Randomly divide 60 patients with chronic heart failure of Yin deficiency and phlegm turbidity who meet the inclusion criteria into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Bufei Huatan Yixin Decoction on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks.Observe the changes of Lee’s heart failure score,cardiac function classification,serum NT-pro BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and evaluate the effect of Bufei Huatan Yixin Decoction on chronic heart failure with Yin deficiency and phlegm turbidity The clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Efficacy of cardiac function classification: Both groups improved after treatment(P〈 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was better than the group’s total effective rate of 70%(P〈 0.05).(2)Curative effect of heart failure: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 80%.The degree of Lee’s heart failure in the two groups was improved after treatment(P〈 0.01),and there was no significant difference in curative effect(P〉0.05).(3)The curative effect of TCM syndromes: both groups improved after treatment(P〈 0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was better than the group’s total effective rate of 86.67%(P〈 0.05).(4)Serum NT-pro BNP:There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P 〉 0.05),and there was improvement after treatment compared with before treatment(P 〈 0.01).(5)Left ventricular ejection fraction: There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P〉 0.05),and there was no significant difference between before and after treatment(P〉0.05).(6)Safety indicators :There were no obvious changes in blood coagulation routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion: Bufei Huatan Yixin Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure of yin deficiency and phlegm turbidity,improve clinical efficacy,delay the progression of chronic heart failure,and have high drug safety,which can improve the prognosis Positive meaning.
