Clitical Research On Treating Angina Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease(CHD) With The Method Of YIQI-HUOXUE-HUATAN

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of YIQI-HUOXUE-HUATAN on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:120patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(60cases) and control group(60cases). DIAOXINXUEKANG capsule was given to control group.The treatment group were dosed the prescription of YIQI-HUOXUE-HUATAN.The influences of clinical effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group, the total effective rate of relieving angina, improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively90.00%,83.33%and90.00%, which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of, TG, LDL-C, blood viscosity were decreased remarkably in the treatment group, the level of HDL-C were increased remarkably in the treatment group, which were statistically different compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the prescription of YIQI-HUOXUE-HUATAN can obtain more remarkable curative effect on treated of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
