The Study Of Xinkang Fang In Treating Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease With Right Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinkangfang combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with phlegm-stasis interstitial chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with acute exacerbation combined with right heart failure,and further explore the prevention and treatment effect of Huatan Sanyu method on chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods:80 patients who were diagnosed as acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease with right heart failure in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 and were diagnosed with TCM syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and control group.therapy group.The 40 patients in the control group were given western medicine standard treatment(anti-infection,antispasmodic and asthma,oxygen therapy,diuretic,maintaining electrolyte balance.);The 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xinkangfang on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 10 days.The relevant observation indicators before and after treatment were observed in the two groups:clinical symptom score,BNP,PASP,PaO2,PaCO2,peripheral Changes in blood inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-α).Results:In the course of the test,3 cases were lost in both groups.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group in terms of gender,age,and course of disease,and they were comparable.There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment,and there was a significant difference in TCM symptom scores after treatment.The treatment group decreased the TCM symptom scores more significantly.In the treatment effect,the effective rate of the control group was 70.27%;the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.89%.The effective rates of the two groups of patients were significantly different,and the treatment group was better than the control group.There was no significant difference in PaCO2 and PaO2 before treatment between the two groups,and there was a significant difference between PaCO2 and PaO2 in the two groups after treatment.The control group had lower PaCO2 and higher PaO2.There was no significant difference in BNP and PASP before treatment between the two groups,there was a significant difference in BNP and PASP after treatment in the two groups,and the reduction in BNP and PASP was more pronounced in the treatment group.There was no significant difference in IL-6 and TNF-α before treatment in the two groups,and there was no significant difference in IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups after treatment.The treatment group reduced BNP and PASP more significantly.Conclusion:Xinkangfang(resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis)combined with western medicine treatment has improved the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with right heart failure,and improved respiratory failure and right heart failure have more obvious effects than simple western medicine treatment.Its mechanism may be related to reducing the inflammatory response in patients.
