| Objective:To explore the effect of QiJie granule on blood circulation and immunoregulation of rats with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease by observing the changes of hemorrheology, serum IL-2and TNF-α.Methods:Using phenol mucilage to make the model of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.sixty female SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high dose of QiJie granule group, middle dose of QiJie granule group, low dose of QiJie granule group,and Kang Fuyan capsule group. After treatment, observing the histopathological changes of uterus after the method of HE stain; testing the hemodynamic indexes, the concentration of IL-2and TNF-a in serum of rats in each group.Results:The hemorrheology indexes and the serous level of TNF-a in model group were significantly higher than those in normal group(P<0.01),the serous level of IL-2in model group was significantly lower than that in normal group(P<0.01). Compared with model group, the level of whole blood viscosity(low,middle,high) in high dose of Qijie granule group and the level of whole blood viscosity low shear rate, middle shear rate in middle and low dose of QiJie granule group was decresed significantly (P<0.01).The serous level of IL-2in each of QiJie granule group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.01或P<0.05). the serou level of IL-2in high dose of QiJie granule was similar to the normal group (P>0.05). The concentration of TNF-α in the serum of each QiJie granule group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.01或P<0.05),and each of QiJie granule was similar to the normal group (P>0.05)Conclusion:QiJie granule could adjust the hemorrheology and inflammatory cytolines of model rats with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, to improve blood circulation, increase immune function and control of inflammation. |
