The Clinical Study Of Treating Damp-heat And Blood Stagsis Syndrome In Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Pen-yan-kang Granule

Objective:This subject is designed to observe the clinical efficacy and discuss the mechanism of action of the Pen-Yan-Kang Granule treatment Damp-heat and Blood stagsis syndrome in Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,in order to provide scientific reference for Chinese medicine treatment of owarian hyperstimulation syndrom.Methods:Collected sixty cases who accepted the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome( TCM diagnosis meet Damp-heat and Blood Stagsis Syndrome) from May 2014 to January 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the treatment time we organized the number,then by using the method of random number table,60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely treatment group and control group.The treatment group is treated with Pen-Yan-Kang Granule,taking medicine after menstrual clean day 3 to 5,a pay day,2 times one day 20 days for a course of treatment,menstual withdrawal.At the same time,control group with Fu-Ke-Qian-Jin Capsule,2 tables eachtime,3 times one day,the other is the same Pen-Yan-Kang Granule.Recorded the patient’s general condition,their syndrome signs,local signs,ultrasonic examination etc.The symptoms signs and ultrasonic examination of patients treated with Pen-Yan-Kang Granule were compared to Patients treated with Fu-Ke-Qian-Jin Capsule after two courses of treatment.Then we made the statistical analysis according to the changes of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, local signs and ultrasound in patients.Results:①Had a statistically analyzed on two groups of patients before age,course of the disease,state of an illness,treatment of TCM syndrome integral and local signs showed two groups had no significant statistical significance(P>0.05),show comparability between the two groups.②After treatment of TCM,the patients of two groups clinical symptoms were improved compared with before treatment,and it can change more obviously of TCM clinical symptom and the comprehensive curative effect in the treatment group than the control group.The statistical analyses have obviously significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0.05).It showed that the treatment of the Pen-Yan-Kang Granule and Fu-Ke-Qian-Jin Capsule therapy all can improve the syndrome in patients who meet Damp-heat and Blood Stagsis Syndrome in Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with clinical symptoms of TCM,but the effect was obviously of Pen-Yan-Kang Granule.③After treatment of TCM,we can find that Pelvic cavity accumulates fluid and inflammatory mass of two groups patients are reduced or disappeared by ultrasonic examination.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)after dates statistically processed.It shows that the curative effect of treatment group(Pen-Yan-Kang Granule) is better than the control group(Fu-Ke-Qian-Jin Capsule).④Medecine safety evaluation:Two groups of patients without significant side effects,there is no case interrupted treatment in the process of treatment,because of adverse events.Result shows Pen-Yan-Kang Granule is safe.Conclusion:Pen-Yan-Kang Granule can obviously improve clinical symptoms of patients with Syndrome in Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(TCM diagnosis meet Damp-heat and Blood Stagsis Syndrome),and treatment effect is obviously better than therapy of Fu Ke Qian Jin Capsule.
