The Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)and its clinical effects such as symptom effect of traditional Chinese medicine,Seattle angina pectoris scale,blood lipid change and drug safety.Materials and methods: 74 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups,37 in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine: according to the treatment guidelines,the patients were treated with western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan formula on the basis of the above treatment plan for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms,Seattle Angina scale,blood lipid changes were observed before and after the treatment and statistical analysis was made.Results:1.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms between the two groups: comparison of the scores of TCM single symptoms between the two groups in chest distress,shortness of breath.There were significant differences in the manifestations of mental fatigue,chest fullness,and limb sleepiness.In comparison,the total effective rate was 86.11% in the control group and 97.06% in the treatment group.2.Comparison of Seattle Angina scale: the treatment group is better than the control group in the comparison of as,PL,AF,TS,DP five dimensions.3.Comparison of blood lipid effect between the two groups: in reducing TC,TG and LDL-C,the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,and in increasing HDL-C,there is no significant difference between the two groups.In comparison,the total effective rate was 60.00% in the control group and 83.33% in the treatment group.Conclusion:1.On the basis of Western medicine treatment of stable angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease,the treatment with Yiqi Huoxue Huatan formula is superior to that ofWestern medicine alone in the treatment of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,Seattle Angina scale and blood lipid.2.Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction Combined with western medicine can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with stable angina.3.Yiqi Huoxue Huatan formula has no adverse drug reactions and is safe and reliable in the treatment process,so it should be widely used in clinic.
