The Study On Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoction To Improve Quality Of Life Of Post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Patients

ObjectiveThrough the evaluation of Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoction on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease patients after PCI,to provide the clinical basis for the new study of Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery,show the advantages and characteristics of TCM in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis coronary heart disease(CHD)were divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40),which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group:conventional western medicine treatment,take oral aspirin,clopidogrel,statins lipid-lowering drugs,combined with diabetes,hypertension patients can be combined with hypoglycemic drugs and antihypertensive drugs.Treatment group:on the basis of conventional western medicine,combined with Yiqi Huatan Tongluo decoction.According to the symptom score of TCM,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed,and the quality of life of the patients was evaluated by using SF-36 and SAQ.ResultThe experimental results show that Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoction group and routine group in the two groups after 1 months,in terms of the main symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness and other traditional Chinese medicine,two groups of patients after treatment were no statistical significance,that is P>0.05 in the treatment group,palpitation,fatigue,shortness of breath,complexion,phlegm,vomiting tongue and pulse tracings of the secondary symptoms,the t test has statistical significance(P<0.05),the patients in the treatment group were improved in complexion,fatigue,palpitations,shortness of breath,vomiting phlegm,tongue,tongue and pulse of TCM secondary symptoms improved significantly than the control group;however,through the comparison of the t the inspection group,in the body,poor appetite,abdominal distension and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Yiqi Huatan Tongluo group(treatment group)and conventional western medicine group(control group)two groups of patients before and after treatment SF-36 quality of life scale score,by t test,in addition to health changes,the rest of the P<0.05,there was statistical significance.After treatment,the total score of physical function,physical pain and social function in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups,P<0.05.In the physiological function,the overall health,energy,emotional function,mental health,health changes in the latitude of the scores,the treatment groups were higher than the conventional western medicine group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).In the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoction group and routine western medicine group before and after treatment in two groups of SAQ score,the t test,the P<0.05 in addition to the control group,P =0.095(P>0.05)disease awareness,with statistical significance.The treatment group after 1 months in the physical limitation,angina,stable angina pectoris,treatment satisfaction,disease awareness total score were higher than the control group,there were significant differences between groups,P<0.05.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment,compared with the t test,PL,AS,AF,TS,DP have statistical significance,P<0.05.ConclusionYiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery,improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine.
