Clitical Research On Treating Angina Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease(CHD) By Pill Of Yi Qi Kuan Xiong

Objective: Objective to study the safe and effective medicine and methods for angina pectoris of CHD.Methods:76 cases of blood stasis and sputum block due to deficiency of Qi Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (40 cases) were administrated orally 9g Yi Qi Kuan Xiong , 3 times each day while the control group (36 cases) were administrated orally 4 tablets Yang Xin Shi, 3 times each day for four weeks . Result : In the treatment group the marked rate of angina pectoris is 39.13% , the total effective rate is 89.13%; the marked rate of Electorcardiogram(ECG) alter is 23.91% , the total effective rate of ECG alter is 71.74% ,the marked rate of clinical symptoms improvement is 36.96% , the total effective rate of it is 84.78% .There is significantly or much difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05). The level of TC and TG were decreased remarkably in the treatment group , lipid supercede disorder was rectifid , hemorheology was also notable improved . Conclusions : blood stasis and sputum block due to deficiency of Qi are the main pathegenesis of angina pectoris . Tonifying the Qi ,promoting blood circulation and dispelling sputum are the main therapeation methods with positive effective rate . Yi Qi Kuan Xiong is the ideal medicine for angina pectoris. No side effects were found during the study .
