The Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Ointment On Improving The Heart Remodeling In Patients With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis With Stable Angia Pectoris With Coronary

Objectives By observing the stable angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis before and after taking the prescription of yiqi huoxue ointment,echocardiography doppler method was used to measure the related indexes of the patient’s heart remodeling,to investigate the improvement of cardiac remodeling in stable angina pectoris with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis in addition to standard western medicine,To further evaluate whether the prescription of yiqi huoxue ointment has definite effect on the inhibition of cardiac remodeling in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,qi asthenia causing blood stasis,and can improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients.Methods Select the cases were from October 2018 to October 2019 in Chengdu University of Traditional C hinese Medicine affiliated hospitals cardiovascular patients with stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.In accordance with the 2018 guidelines for the d iagnosis and treatment of stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease,a total of 60 patients with qi asthenia causing blood stasis were classified by TCM syndrome differentiation.According to the random allocation,The 1-60 number was written into the envelope,patients randomly take the envelope,Provided 1-30 was trial Group,31-60 figures for the control group,divided the sixty patients into the control group and the treatment group in this way,with each group has thirty patients.The control group was treated with standarded western medicine and jiyiqi huoxue decoction plus or minus,While the control group patients are only treated with western medication,and the medical experiment observation time is 6 months.Using echocardiography pulse doppler(PW)patients before taking the medicine,medication after march left atrial,left ventricular end-diastolic volume and at the end of the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular systolic volume,left ventricular contraction at the e nd of the inner diameter,left ventricular posterior wall thickness,cardiac output,stroke output, left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular mass index,TCM syndrome integral.Try to make the color Doppler ultrasound machines of measuremental data before trial and after trial and the measuring doctor is the same person.Meanwhile,renal competence and liver comp etence,electrolyte,ordinary blood routine test,myocardial enzyme,myocardial injury markers and other indicators were monitored,And as for major adverse cardiovascular events,we would record and compare it.Result In this study,a total of 60 clinical patients meeting the standards were included,and a total of 60 clinical trials were actually completed,there were 36 cases of male,24 cases of female,average age 60.5±6.3,The prescription of yiqi huoxue ointment is effective in inhibiting the cardiac remodeling of stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease,the therapeutic effect of yiqi huoxue ointment plus or minus prescription was more significant in inhibiting myocardial remodeling angina pectoris score and improving clinical symptoms.The trial res ults of experimental group are better than the control group(p<0.05),the difference between the two groups is statistically meaningful;Before and after treatment,no significant abnormalities were found in the electrolyte of liver and kidney work in the blood routine of the two groups,and no allergic phenomenon was found.There were no statistical significance compared in the two groups of patients(p>0.05).Conclusions For patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis,the use of yiqi huoxue ointment plus or minus the combination of standard western medicine is more effective than western medicine alone.The addition and subtraction of yiqi huoxue paste can not only inhibit cardiac remodeling,but also at the same time improving the clinical symptoms of patients with more obvious significance,and it has not yet found to have disadvantage on liver and kidney competence,electrolyte blood routine and other indicators.
