Investigation And Analyzing Countermeasures Of The Professional Ideology Of Male Nursing Students In Colleges And Universities

Currently, majorities of medical colleges recruit less male nursing students compared to female nursing students and other majors. The importance attached to the thought of male nursing students-a special student group-is insufficient. Male nursing students generally have unstable professional thinking in colleges. The instability of students’professional thinking is adverse to the development of thoughts and behaviors of college students and students cannot be competent for or focus on nursing career. In order to better develop excellent college students and qualified male nursing students, this paper investigates and analyzes the professional thinking condition of male nursing students so as to promote the integrated development of male nursing students in school in terms of physical and psychological health, professional quality and interpersonal communication. Hope this paper can be helpful for the education and training work of male nursing students.With Chengdu Medical College as the object, this paper investigates the basic information and professional thinking condition of male nursing students by means of questionnaires and individual interview, organizes the professional thinking condition of male nursing students based on literature review, and deeply analyzes factors contributing to the instability of their professional thinking and measure suggestions. It is thus clear that since the demand of male nursing students in the society is constantly increasing and the proportion of male nursing students in clinical care work is higher and higher, the recruitment and education of male nursing students in colleges and universities are attached more importance to by colleges and universities. However, with the generation and build-up of mental and thought pressure of male nursing students in colleges and universities, the professional thinking education of male nursing students in colleges and universities is extremely urgent. Therefore, we should especially attach importance to the professional thinking education of male nursing students in the education process of nursing major in colleges and universities in China, establish scientific personnel training views and take effective educational measures; and meanwhile change social biases depending on policies and systems, which will be useful for correcting the professional thinking of male nursing students, developing correct professional awareness, providing a large number of excellent male nurses for medical services, and promoting scientific and sustainable development of nursing career of China.
