Sensor data acquisition system, which has been the basic research of modern intelligent traffic, integrates embedded technology, signal processing, communication technology and some knowledge about other fields. It can be carried out the real-time state monitoring on the carried goods of vehicles, so as to provide strong indemnification on the transportation safety and emergency incident handling. Due to the interference of complex automotive electronics environment, it is an outstanding problem that using sensors data acquisition and processing in practice.The thesis, which is based on the background of monitoring dangerous goods in its transportation, has designed a sensor data acquisition prototype system for the condition monitoring of dangerous goods. With this research platform, advanced study has been done in the reliability issues, which is about the sensor data acquisition and processing technology in the application of monitoring the dangerous goods condition, such as the reliability of sensor data and the reliability of power system. Firstly, it introduces the overall design of sensor data acquisition prototype system based on PXA270. With the analysis of the whole structure and workflow, the software and hardware design of the system are studied. Secondly, in line with the PCB design research of ADS 1256 data acquisition module and AT86RF230 RF module, the paper do some analysis and research to improve the reliability of sensor data acquisition and transmission. Combine the regulator theory of current-controlled single-ended flyback topology, the paper has studied the reliability of power system. And the peripheral circuit design of hardware system has been discussed in detail as well. Thirdly, on the basis of the design of software, the paper analysis the driver architecture of Linux character device, describes the mapping model between the layer of user application and device driver, and accomplishes the data acquisition program based on UART. Finally, to improve the reliability of sensor data, according to the characteristics of vehicle vibration noise, the paper has proposed a sensor signal processing algorithm based on wavelet analysis, and verified its advantage with the help of pressure signal. According to the result of field test, it shows that the proposed algorithm can effectively suppress the vibration noise of vehicles, so as to obtain more reliable sensor data.About the research findings in this paper, it provides the support of both theory and technology for solving the acquisition and processing of vehicle sensor data, which is in the application of condition monitoring for dangerous goods. And it will improve the reliability of safety assessment system from the reliability of sensor data to the reliability of power supply. As a result, the manager can finish the management of dangerous goods remotely and efficiently, receive accurate early warning, and eliminate danger in the first time.
