Into the 21st century, rapid and stable development of China's economy, the demand for chemical products also will jump, This is associated with dangerous goods storage and transport sector has huge market opportunity, while also facing a very severe challenge. Traditional warehouse management and transportation management is no longer able to meet the needs of modern chemical industry, this paper advanced management concept of dangerous goods, proposed new solutions.Chemical material safety has been the government, enterprises focus on the issue of security risks, based on radio frequency identification (RFID) and data collection (AIDC) technologies, spatial database (Spatial Database) technology and Web technology, chemical material safety monitoring system is to solve this problem an effective technological means. The above techniques are organically integrated, used for chemical goods safety monitoring system, will be the use of dangerous chemical goods, storage, transportation, tracking and traceability in real-time automated management and in all directions. The system's research and development and industrialization will greatly enhance the management of hazardous chemical materials, reducing environmental and safety threats, reduce the risk of emergency response time, and will significantly reduce the cost of the relevant chemical logistics chain.
