With the rapid development of China’s economy, range more widely used fordangerous goods, dangerous goods transportion is incremental volume growth.Transportion of dangerous goods is a high-risk activity, every vehicle is a mobilehazard, in the event of accident, seriously endangering the safety of public securityand the people’s life and property, caused great damage to the ecological environment.so explore a dangerous goods transport safety programs has become a important issuefor the transportation management department. With the popularization of Internet ofthings(IOT) concept and related technologies becoming more mature, more and moreapplication has appeared. The emergence of (IOT) has provided new ideas for thedevelopment of modern vehicle monitoring and it will become the new entry point ofmodern vehicle monitoring in the future.Based on the latest networking technology, this paper designed a highly-awareintelligent monitoring system which draw support from positioning, communications,early warning alarm, automatic identification and a remote control. The system canautomatically obtain information on the location of various dangerous goods transportvehicles, identity and status, to the greatest extent possible to reduce the transport ofdangerous goods incidents and hazards.Firstly, a dangerous goods transport vehicles system was been proposed whichinclude vehicle terminal, communication systems, and monitoring centers, and madeseveral daily work of the system model to provide a reference for the subsequentconstruction and development of the system.Secondly, in order to achieve the relevant function monitoring center serverplatforms, we conducted a monitoring center server platforms: the establishment of aserver-side, maintaining the communication link and multi-threaded shared datamanagement of three parts. We build on the server side using a socket blocking modeunder Windows environment, Maintaining communication links in the design of aone-way linked list is used to connect storage socket and the connection identifier,Multithreading is the shared data management in order to solve the synchronizationproblem of multi-threaded program execution encountered.Finally, the problem of map matching research, describes the map-matching algorithm based on a projection. By analyzing the deficiencies of this map-matchingalgorithm, a map-matching algorithm based on projected improvements wereproposed and the application to get a better effect.
