Build Community Nursing Intervention Mode Of Exploration And Study

Background:Community nursing intervention as a community nursing ability is an important and widely used content in overseas which is of great value in the prevention of disease and promote health. Though the literature retrieval, there is no community nursing intervention model research report in our country at present.Objective:As a guidance,community nursing intervention model can avoid the possible subjective and one-sided effect in the process of intervention. The purpose of this study is to explore and constructing China's community nursing intervention model, analyzes its feasibility of application in our country, in order to prevent disease, promote the health, narrow and the gap of the quality between the foreign country and China.Methods:The study used the approach of the comparison, content analysis and literature research, analysed the current situation and the commonly used four intervention model content in the foreign community nursing intervention, focusing on the American community nursing intervention model for reference. Through the retrospective analysis of WuHua district,Kunming community nursing intervention case records, interpreted the present situation of China's community nursing intervention model; analysed the gaps between foreign countries and China in the community nursing intervention by comparison.Conclusion:Use the foreign intervention wheel model and nursing intervention classification model as main reference, explore our own community nursing intervention model and sketched the main components:the intervention object, intervention level, interventions, intervention category, contents, intervention steps, intervention intervention evaluation. Analysis the feasibility of the construction of a community nursing intervention model which proved that the model is feasible in China. Suggestions:Enhance nursing management in community nursing intervention; increase community nursing intervention model of teaching Settings in the undergraduate community nursing education course, design appropriate teaching content, teaching method, teaching practice and evaluation method, in order to narrow the gap in the community nursing intervention between our country and foreign countries. Enhances the ability of the community nursing intervention theory and practice ability. Expanding theory and practice research about the community nursing intervention model.
