Objective:Based on the theory of Peplau interpersonal of comprehensive nursing interventionof hypertension patients in community, in order to improve the effect of family visit, makefamily visit more scientific and practical, and provide reference of family visit for communitynurses; Improve the health knowledge level of hypertension patients in order to reduce anddelay the complications of hypertension,improve quality of life of the patients; Improve thehealth education ability of the "family visitor" and get high service satisfaction.Method:This study adopts the method of convenience sampling, choice number33,34community in shihezi as samples and has diagnosed by the community service station or ahospital hypertensive as the research object.Peplau interpersonal mode applied to the familyvisit, nursing process by a professionally trained nursing and a graduate students, in way ofintervention group make family visit for1times a month by oral explanation, demonstrationand repeat demonstration, promotional materials.Each family visit in30~50minutes, a totalof6months, the control group have no intervention. At baseline and6months have indicatorsof the measurement and evaluation for patient the.Take EpiData3.0database double entryusing SPSS17.0statistical software for data processing, statistical description; measurementdata (x±S), t test; counting the number of cases (percentage), using χ2test, test level (P <0.05)Result: The results after comprehensive nursing intervention based on the pattern of Peplauinterpersonal showed that:1The cognitive level of relevant knowledge in intervention group and control group withhypertension, except knowledge of "unable to increase or decrease dose"in the self-management knowledge have not differ significantly (p>0.05), other cognitivelevel of project knowledge comparative difference was statistically significant.(p﹤0.05).2In addition to doctor’s medication, daily consumption of fruits, quit smoking and drinkingwas no statistically significant difference of health behavior in intervention group and controlgroup with hypertension, other index difference had statistical significance(p﹤0.05).3By two independent samples t-test results, the difference value of diastolic blood pressureand augmentation index was statistically significant before and after intervention inintervention group and control group(p <0.05). The difference value of systolic bloodpressure and body mass index between there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05).4The difference of medication compliance was statistically significant (p﹤0.05) before andafter comprehensive nursing intervention in intervention group.5According to the results of satisfaction survey after comprehensive nursing interventionshowed that average scored are more than four points among18entries scored, averagescored are5points among12(66.7%) item, means very satisfied.Conclusion:1. Based on the theory of Peplau interpersonal of comprehensive nursing intervention ofhypertension patients in community has established the good relations between nurses andpatients, improve the level in related knowledge of cognitive behavior of hypertension andmedication compliance.2. This study can effectively reduce the blood pressure level and augmentation index of hypertension patients in community, improve the treatment effect and ultimately achieve thegoal of improve quality of life of hypertension patients in community.3. This intervention process according to the development of the four periods of Peplauinterpersonal mode,evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for both nursesand patients (such as the knowledge of cognitive level related high blood pressure, healthbehaviors and compliance,patients satisfaction of indirect reaction nursing progress)before theend of the intervention, reflected the important effect of comprehensive nursing interventionin Peplau interpersonal relationship theory.
