As the basis of the health service system, community health services (CHS) plays an important role in basic health services. The Chinese medicine services are essential in maintaining the health of community residents as an important part of community health services. The practice has confirmed that Chinese medicine professionals play for Chinese medicine services. Beijing attaches great importance to the construction of community personnel. Therefore, the status of understanding of Chinese medicine practitioner service capabilities is particularly necessary.[Objective] To build a model of Chinese medicine practitioners and service capabilities of the community health service orientation in line with the evaluation, aimed at the preliminary evaluation of the community of Chinese medicine practitioners of Chinese medicine services capacity to improve their service capabilities as the effective reference.[Method] At first, I will build the Community of Chinese medicine practitioners and service capacity evaluation index model. Through literature research and interviews with experts elected with Chinese characteristics, close to the actual work of the community, and can be scientific, objective and fair view of the personal evaluation of the ability of communities of Chinese medicine practitioners. After two rounds of expert consultation, it establishes the evaluation framework of the Community of Chinese medicine practitioners and service capabilities. Secondly, determine the index weight coefficient by experts., using the analytic hierarchy process calculation software to determine the weight of one or two indicators to simplify the calculation of each two indicators under the three indicators of the right to re-obtain the mean. Third, the service index model constructed to quantify the questionnaire applied to the pre-survey of the community health service institutions of Chinese medicine practitioners in Xicheng District, a random sample of13Chinese medicine practitioners and39patients with a questionnaire, according to set quantitative method to evaluate the Chinese medicine practitioner level of service capabilities.[Conclusion] The service capacity indicators model include professional knowledge, work experience and service capabilities, professional quality, clinical thinking and analytical skills, Inheritance and innovation capacity.16secondary indicators and29three indicators.lt Involve comprehensive coverage of the community of Chinese medicine practitioners. This study determines the quantitative integration of the various indicators.13Chinese medicine practitioners ability to score sort, and through interviews of managers can be in-depth verification. Finally, the model proposed Chinese medicine practitioners work experience and service capabilities of the most important; should pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality; not be ignored the expertise and the inheritance and innovation capacity of Chinese medicine practitioners.
