Objective Analysing the psychosocial adaptability status of community strokepatient's relatives; to discus the psychosocial adaptability efficacy of strokepatient's relative before and after nursing intervention.Methods With empirical methods, 61 neurology discharged stroke patient'srelatives from the First Hospital of Jilin University were included in this study.They were divided into trial group 31 cases and control group 30 cases.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS0,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and GWB wereused to evaluate the the psychosocial adaptability status of community stroke patient'srelatives. The trial group was Underwent nursing intervention for a month. Alldata were analysed by quantitative database. The results were expressedas (?)±s. The values between experimental group and control group werecompared with the t test. The analysis was all finished with a SASsoftware.Results For 1 of 61 research objects died in the period of research,60 object were involved really. Each was 30 objects. Before trial the difference ofSAS and GWB between two groups isn't significant statistically(P>0.05). The SDSmark of trial group before experiment was 28.76±5.32, which is higherthan that of control group which is 25.48±4.39. The difference issignificant statistically (t=2.4664, P=0.0233) The difference of anxietysymptoms of stroke patient's relative before and after intervention is significantstatistically(P<0.001),but the difference of depression symptoms and GWB isn'tsignificant statistically. The difference of balance of two groups before and afterintervention is significant statistically (P<0.001)Conclusion Psychosocial factors can affect the body and mind health of strokepatient's relative. Nursing intervention can improve the psychosocial adaptabilityof community stroke patient's relative.
