Objective: To know the current community nursing work and the highquality nursing care in community health care in Chongqing;to explore theeffectiveness after receiving the high-quality nursing training from thegeneral hospitals.Methods:Nine community health center leaderships and111nursesfrom nine community health cares in nine districts were surveyed the nursingwork and the high-quality nursing by convenitent sampling approach withthe on-the-spot investigation and data collection method.68nurses asvolunteers were recruited to this study to receive an systematical trainingfrom the nursing experts from the general hospitals.Compare thehigh-quality nursing knowledge after training using Kirkpatrick Model andsurvey the residents satisfaction as well.Results:1.This study reveals that there is no responsible nursingmodel in the community for now.More staff are needed and the knowledgeof chronic disease management need to be improved,simutanouly theideology of community nursing now is far behind and the nurses incommunity are not prepared to offer nursing actively.The knowledge that the nurses in community health care centers want to improve are thehigh-quality nursing and the chronic disease management,among which therelative nursing knowledge of high blood pressure,diabetes and dementiaare the urgent.This investigation also shows that the most significantproblem now is to build the nursing modle in responsibility.Though thenursing items are almost developed well in community,there is still nohigh-quality nursing mode in community.2.68(100%) nurses felt satisfied or quite satisfied with the trainingprograms and the experts;60(88.2%) nurses were satisfied or very satisfiedwith the environment and the tools (among those who are not satisfied ismainly about the environmental issue over-crowded).3. By comparison,there is a statistically significant difference after theresponsible nursing (t=-7.740,p<0.05). The scores of the knowledge aboutthe high-quality nursing test rised significantly.4. After the responsible nursing, there is a positive change in thesatisfaction of the residents in community, the difference was statisticallysignificant (z=-7.270, p<0.05).5. All189questionnaire were collected in the follow-up research,167questionnaires (88.4%) made it clear that nurses used knowledge of thetraining in their work.Conclusion:to strengthen the communication between the advanecedgeneral hospitals and the community health care centers as well as the systemetical training can be a effective way to help the nurses in communityto improve their professional knowledge.Building the responsible nursingsystem can be the successful way to creat the high-quality nursing careservice model in community and increase the residents satisfactory.
