Objective To assess teaching achievement for undergraduates in an medical university by means of feedback from these graduates'employers. Methods Subjects were selected in the areas that are the main output destinations of graduates by stratified cluster sampling. Relative questionnaires were be used to collect the feedback. Results The leaders of the employ persons of units were satisfied with the all-sided making of our university's graduates, The excellence and fairly well level of feedback occupied 98%, 71% of our university's graduates held post of importance, of which there was 30% persons awarded, 67.6% persons appearing on the professional journals and 15.8% persons being the chief editors or editors in monographs. Conclusion The quality of teaching in an medical university was fairly good and the teaching reformation took effect to some extent. But the results also showed that the reformation should be continued to a high level. Objective Taking school undergraduate-course teaching job evaluation with the aid of 2005 sessions of graduates. Method Extracting the entire group of 2005 sessions of graduates and using questionnaire survey carrying on the investigation. Result According to 2005 sessions of graduates , their appraisal is higher for undergraduate-course graduates'overall quality, the assiduous spirit of studies, the students'enthusiasm of taking postgraduate entrance exam in our university and their appraisal is also high for major establishment, classroom instruction, practice teaching, classroom discipline, test management, teaching monitoring, taking elective curriculum, the condition of late studies by oneself , the condition of classroom use, laboratory condition, the condition of library book collection, campus net, etc. Conclusion 2005 sessions of graduates affirm the achievement obtained from my university educational reform, and at the same time they put forward the critical proposals about our university educational reform. The educational reform is still waiting for a thorough With the development of social economy, the hygienic service demand pattern has had the very big change. The universities expanding the recruitment of students and the higher education popularity continuing to carry out, the former medical health talented person's raising pattern already by far could not adapt the 21st century humanity's need of disease prevention and health promotion. So it is essential to transform mentality, to transform education and teaching ideas, to take performs in such aspects as major structure adjustment, studies'curriculum establishment and teaching quality monitoring and safeguard. We should insist that closely holding the quality is the lifeline of higher education and guaranteeing the quality of fostering the talent is the core of higher education.
