In order to meet the globalization international competition need, explores positively improves our country higher education quality of teaching the way, improves the classroom instruction quality is one of university quality of teaching research important topics, also is the raise and the international trail connection nursing talented person's important guarantee, therefore, carries on the teacher classroom instruction quality appraisal the investigation and study, the analysis produces the reason, establishes the science, the standard, the highly effective classroom instruction quality appraisal system, the guarantee nursing undergraduate course quality of teaching, the realization and the international trail connection nursing personnel training goalObjective: Through the investigation of the classroom teaching quality assessment of the teachers who are in charge of the main courses form students in nearly three years, to know its current situations, and analyze the possible influencing factors to enhance and improve the classroom teaching quality of the main courses. .Methods: A self-designed School of Nursing Teaching Quality Evaluation Form(by students) is adopted. In the 07-08, 08-09, 09-10 school years 50 students were randomly selected who attended five main courses such as basic nursing, medical nursing, surgical nursing, obstetrics and gynecological nursing, pediatric nursing to evaluate the quality of teachers'classroom teaching in the teaching content, teaching methods, teaching attitude, teaching effectiveness. Excel 2003 is used to establish a database. SAS software is adopted for statistical analysis. Variance analysis is used to compare changes of teachers evaluation in 3 years, on the basis of the actual teaching management of School of Nursing and relevant literature at home and home to analyze its reasons and offer the measures to promote and improve classroom teaching quality.Results: In five main courses such as basic nursing, medical nursing, surgical nursing, gynecological nursing, pediatric nursing. The students'evaluation of attitudes about medical nursing teaching was no significant difference. The evaluation of teaching in basic nursing science, medical nursing, surgical nursing, gynecological nursing, pediatric nursing are significantly different. The evaluation in five courses were significantly different in three aspects of teaching method, teaching attitude, teaching effectiveness and an upward trend in pas three years.Conclusion: The classroom teaching quality assessment of main courses has gradually increased in three years, probably due to nursing undergraduate assessment and nursing professional certification respectively in the 06-07 school year and 09-10 school year, with opportunity to promote educational reform, to strengthen the standardization of teaching management. It is proposed to perfect teaching team in the future, learning from the advanced experiences and further improving the quality of classroom teaching and enhance students'satisfaction with classroom teaching.
