Study Of The Optimization Of Emergency Nursing Process And Prognosis Of Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome

ObjectiveBy evaluating the effect of optimization of emergency nursing process (OENP) on rescue and prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS), analysing the feasibility of OENP in the diagnosis and treatment,studying the construction of OENP flow-sheet management system and assessing the evaluation and coutermeasures in risk of nursing to improve quality assurance and risk prevention model for the OENP single disease-based treatment time window and to improve the rate of success in treatment of emergent ACS.MethodsIn march 2008-march 2010.258 patients with ACS were admitted to the Emergent Departments of two top first-class hospital in different areas,who were randomly divided into two groups according to nursing process:conventional emergency care (group A,112 cases)and OENP (group B,146 cases) based on the branch hospital in which the patients stayed. The rescue enter time(Ret), the beginning time of coronary reperfusion therapy(CRT), Onset to the beginning time of coronary reperfusion therapy(O-CRt), average stay(AS), achievement ratio(AR) and hospital mortality, nursing guidence,nursing process defects, quality of care and patients'satisfaction assessment were compared between group A and B.ResultsThe differences in the Ret, CRt, O-CRt and AS between the two groups were significant (P<0.05), Ret and CRt were further reduced in group B (P<0.05), the time of O-CRt and AS was significantly shorter in group B (P<0.05),The differences in nursing guidence, nursing process defects,quality of care and patients'satisfaction were significant(P<0.05), The differences nursing quality assessment and patient satisfaction in two groups were significantly (P<0.05)Conclusions①OENP optimizes the treatment flow-sheetes for patients of ACS in the emergency, saving time of rescue and coronary reperfusion, significantly reduces O-CRt, to meet the conditions for further treatment and improve the quality of patient treatment;②The OENP-based flow-sheet management system improves the nursing guidence, care deficiencies, quality of care and patients satisfaction and reduces the risk of care;③OENP provides a shortcut and effective rescue, a quality-first and risk-defence mode a better early-rehabilitation effects for patients with ACS, effectively reduces the rescue time window and the average length of stay in hospital;④OENP helps the patients to clarify their own treatment and care goals, strenthen their active participation and self-care, optimize nursing process. OENP can integrate the pathway care and self-care, and improve the success rate of treatment in emergent ACS.
