Emergency Treatment And Optimization Of Public Health Emergencies In Guangzhou

With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of social economy and culture,public health emergencies are also emerging.The occurrence of public emergencies often has the characteristics of sudden,serious,frequent,periodic and international.It causes great social harm,serious economic loss,great difficulty and wide impact in the process of disposal.Facing the increasingly severe public health security situation,all countries in the world focus on how to better deal with public health emergencies.? Therefore,the construction of emergency response system for public health emergencies and the formulation of emergency response strategies have become the focus of attention in various countries and regions.Based on emergency management theory,coordination theory,this paper chooses Guangzhou as a case study,combs the public health emergencies and characteristics of Guangzhou in recent years,and takes SARS incident in 2003 as a typical event to analyze the problems and causes in the disposal of public health emergencies,and draws lessons from the emergency disposal of public health emergencies in the United States and Japan.Experience.By studying the emergency treatment of public health emergencies in Guangzhou,this paper hopes to build a public health emergencies disposal system and provide theoretical support for the improvement of urban management level,and can play a guiding role in the process of dealing with public health emergencies in other cities similar to Guangzhou,if these research results can be more extensive.If it is widely applied to other cities in China in the process of dealing with such problems,it will inevitably improve the overall level of emergency treatment of public health emergencies in China.Through the study of typical cases,it is found that the construction and management of health emergency system is not perfect,the mechanism of fund disposal and material security is not up to date,the level of information disposal and informationization needs to be improved urgently,the public and social groups are not aware enough,and the ability of coordination and disposal of relevant emergency departments is not up to date when dealing with public health emergencies in Guangzhou.In order to solve these problems,this paper establishes an optimization framework for emergency response of public health emergencies in Guangzhou.Firstly,it puts forward the optimization of emergency response system for public health emergencies in Guangzhou.Through the support of large data,it establishes emergency decision support system,improves emergency response mechanism,strengthens emergency organization structure,team building and emergency goods reserve capacity,etc.The optimization of safeguard measures,online and offline information monitoring for emergency incidents,training and drilling to improve emergency preparedness for public health emergencies,improve emergency response coordination optimization.We should take measures from system to monitoring,from ability to strategy to effectively deal with public health emergencies.This paper puts forward the optimization of the emergency system of public health emergencies in Guangzhou.This study can provide practical reference for the Guangzhou government to formulate the relevant system and system construction of public health emergencies,and promote the healthy and high-quality development of the city.
