Based On Pre-hospital Emergency Investigation To Explore The Configuration Of Emergency Vehicles In China

Objective: To understand the basic status quo of pre-hospital emergency care facilities in China,and conduct basic surveys on the basic status quo of pre-hospital emergency facilities in most provinces,cities,and counties in most parts of the country,and to understand the total number and types of pre-hospital emergency vehicles throughout the country,and to summarize Whether the configuration of the first aid vehicle meets local needs and existing problems.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions for the problems existing in the configuration of pre-hospital emergency vehicles.To provide a theoretical basis and reference for the rapid,orderly and efficient implementation of public emergencies for public emergencies,strengthening the construction of pre-hospital emergency services and the construction of emergency medical rescue green channels.Methods: The objective of this project is to provide pre-hospital emergency medical institutions at all levels as stipulated in the Administrative Measures for Pre-hospital Medical Emergency.Contents of the investigation: Including the basic conditions of the surveyed objects,personnel and vehicles,etc.;Investigation method:Uniformly designing questionnaires,sending them to the emergency management offices of provincial-level health and planning committees,and sending pre-hospital emergency medical institutions.Survey period: March 21 to May 20,2016;surveystatistics: After the questionnaires were collected,they were carefully checked to eliminate invalid data that could not be recovered and reported incorrectly.Computer input was performed and converted into spss format.SPSS 19.0 was used for the survey.Statistical analysis and processing.Results: This study involved 3515 different pre-hospital emergency services at all levels.There were 1184 dispatching functions;the number of telephone calls in the year was 30,651,382;the number of annual visits was 12,731,422;the number of annual visits was 430,881;There were 206,181 employees and the ratio of medical care was approximately 1:1.23.A total of 18,346 ambulances were equipped,of which 314 were for command;10056 were for general use;7239 for monitoring;514for negative pressure;other types(off-road,etc.)223 Vehicle.The overall shows that China's pre-hospital emergency medical services are still relatively weak,lack of professional human resources;ambulance reserves are insufficient;pre-hospital care in some areas only stays at the level of transporting wounded and other issues.In the future development of pre-hospital emergency care,we shall continue to strengthen pre-hospital emergency system construction,increase pre-hospital emergency funding,and strengthen the construction of first-aid equipment,vehicles,and communications infrastructure in accordance with national standards,with particular emphasis on the realization of adequately satisfying ambulances.Storage and equipment configuration.It provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the construction of pre-hospital emergency care and the construction of green channels for emergency medical rescue,and at the same time provides a practical reference for meeting the basic health service needs of the people.
