Purpose According to the theory of process reengineering,the existing AMI rescue work was broken down and reconstructed,and the hospital's AMI emergency care process was constructed.The its practical application effect in accelerating the diagnosis of AMI patients,shortening the delay time of emergency AMI patients,and improving the efficiency of first aid was verify.The AMI emergency nursing work flow will be standardized and normalized,and it will provide feasibility advice and methodological basis for the development of AMI rescue work.Methods Based on the guidance of business process reengineering theory,to design scientific process reengineering work framework.Comprehensive literature research,case analysis,clinical investigation and other methods simplify the AMI emergency rescue work in the hospital,and analyze the processed through reasonable methods.Then,the semi-structured interview results are used to build the first draft of the process.Continual improvement of the first draft of the process,improvement of the actual operation of the process through pre-tests,and enhancement of the reliability and scalability of the process through Delphi expert consultations,ultimately formed the hospital's AMI emergency care process.Efficacy of the hospital's AMI emergency care process was evaluated through clinical evidence.Using a pilot study,The emergency AMI patients from January 2017 to February 2018 in one hospital were divided into two groups: control groups(January to May 2017,76 cases)and the experimental group(August 2017-February 2018,76 cases),compared the important emergency time points of AMI patients before and after the application of the reengineering process,and analyzed the change of emergency efficiency.Result Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a shorter time to enter the door to the electrocardiogram(D to ECG)(P<0.05),and a shorter time to enter the door to electrocardiogram(D to ECG)diagnosed(P< 0.05),and a shorter time to enter the door to complete the test of cardiac troponin(Donor to Troponin,D to Tn I)(P<0.05),and the emergency stay time shortened(p<0.05),and a shorter time to enter the door to balloon(Door to Balloon,D to B)(P <0.05),all the result were statistically significant.There was a difference in the D-to-B compliance rate between the two groups of patients(P<0.05),and the experimental group(88.2%)increased by nearly 20%.Conclusion This study successfully built a set of scientific,effective,practical,reliable,and can promote the application of hospital AMI emergency care process.The procedures established in this study have simplified the rescue work,eliminated unnecessary non-value-added activities,clearly defined the responsibility division of nurse,effectively improved nurse emergency efficiency,accelerated patient diagnose,and shortened emergency delay time for patients.
