In recent years,emergency incidents occurred frequently,which seriously threat to people's life.Emergency rescue needs sufficient blood supply in a short period of time.In order to meet the demand of blood emergency rescue activities,it often needs to transport blood from blood stations in safe areas to blood stations in the disaster area,and dispatch blood from blood stations in the disaster area to medical points in the disaster area quickly.Since blood has the characteristic of resource scarity,reasonable and effective use of blood is of great significance.So the research of how to select the most reasonable blood stations for blood supplying stations to support,and how to arrange blood emergency distribution among blood stations and medical points in disaster areas,namely the research on emergency blood transferring location-routing optimization problem is very important for effective emergency blood rescue activities.At present,there are just a few of literatures about emergency blood transferring location-routing optimization,most of the research ignores the integrity of blood supplying from blood stations in safe area to blood stations in the disaster area to medical points.There is no research considering the difference of blood transportation time satisfaction among different emergency rescue links.Based on the analysis of the actual emergency rescue activities,this thesis refines emergency blood transferring location-routing optimization problem,and gives up the optimization model.This paper mainly completed the following three aspects of the research work:(1)The construction of emergency response phase blood transferring location-routing optimization model.Based on the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign emergency blood supply problem and location-path optimization methods related research results,combining with the characteristics of the emergency response phase blood rescue activities,construct the emergency response phase time Satisfaction Function for blood transportation from disaster blood bank to medical points,and Satisfaction Function for blood transportation from blood-supplying bank to disaster blood bank.Considering the characters of timeliness requirements and characteristics of low accuracy information in the phase of emergency response,construct the emergency response phase blood location-routing optimization model,and design the Genetic algorithm.(2)The construction of the emergency recovery phase blood transferring location-routing optimization model.According to the wounded and blood demand characteristics in the emergency recovery stage,establish the emergency recovery phase time Satisfaction Function for blood transportation from disaster blood bank to medical points,and Satisfaction Function for blood transportation from blood-supplying bank to disaster blood bank.Based on the emergency response phase blood location-routing optimization model,establish the emergency recovery stage blood location-routing optimization model and design the Genetic algorithm.(3)The analysis of the W earthquake,by using the emergency blood transferring location-routing optimization model,solve the W earthquake emergency blood transferring location-routing problem,presenting the feasibility and effectiveness of the emergency blood location-routing optimization model given by this article.The research work of the emergency blood transferring location-routing problem enriches the research results of emergency materials location-routing problem,and,at the same time,provides theoretical guidance and effective method for the actual incident emergency blood transferring location-routing optimization problem.
