This reserach used psychological intervention for anger-out and anger-in emotions by choosing some Graves patients who were induced by anger. By understanding indexes of the psychologic, physical and endocrine hormones related by anger, we can further analysing that anger-out and anger-in can induced different reactions. The main purpose we do this study is to supply data and theory evidence to a further study of the occurrence and the treatment of anger-out and anger-in influence, to rich the theory that moods can cause diseases in Chinese Medical Science, and to enhance the understanding and the treatment of Graves patients moods in clinics. Methods: We investigated 200 Graves patients of anger. The control group with conventional medicine is propylthiouracil (PTU) and methimazole (MMI) treatment group, intervention group is conventional medicine combined with psychological and behavioral (including muscle relaxation and cognitive intervention) group. Observed in patients with symptoms and mood changes, bleed samples and to detect TRABS,5-HT, DA, FT3, FT4, TSH, PRL, T, E2, P and other indicators of change. Results: In anger-out group, there are Significant difference before and after treatment in Symptom scores,FT3,FT4,SAS-Y,SDS-Y etc. Compared with the control group, psychological intervention has a specific effection on T-Ang/T integral. In anger-in patients, there are Significant difference before and after treatment in Symptom scores,DA,FT3,FT4,SAS-Y,SDS-Y etc. Psychological intervention group obviously better than non-intervention group on DA, SAS-Y, SDS-Y index. In all 200 cases, 5-HT significant negative correlated with anger-out, positively correlated with anger-in. AX-O positively correlated with anger-out, negative correlated with anger-in. AX-I negative correlated with anger-out, positively correlated with anger-in. In addition, FT4, TSH and anxiety level closely related with Symptom severity. Conclusions: Anger-in and anger-out emotion has a certain impact on the incidence of Graves disease, level of 5-HT and expression or control your anger are most closely indicators with patients' emotion. Psychological intervention can improve the condition by T-Ang/T, T-Ang/R, AC-I and patients' estrogen. FT4, TSH and anxiety reflects the severity of symptoms.
