Preliminary Application Of The Scale Of Anger-in\out Constitution

Objectives:It is recorded that the diseases caused by anger-in and anger-out increasing day by day and are different in clinical situation. So study the constitution characteristics of anger-in/out persons with the angry-in\out constitution scale is necessary.Methods:1:1 pair matching of case-control study was used in this research.The subjects are the people aging in 18-55 years old in the city of Jinan and Qingdao.The researchers were trained to accomplish the study with questionnaires. Subjects filled out three scales a one-time in order to screen the target subjects and to evaluate their constitution characteristics. The questionnaires used Excel 2000 to establish a database and then used matching Logistic regression for statistical analysis with SAS.Results:Group of workers:Anger-out workers are statistically significant in loose stool(p=0.0436)(OR=1.497,95%IC=1.012～2.21);irritability(p=0.0001)(OR=2.196,95 %IC=1.464～3.29); wronged cry (p=0.0064) (OR=1.879,95%IC=1.194～2.957) compared with the normal population.Further analysis, anger-out relates with their constitution.Anger-in workers are statistically significant in tinnitus (p=0.0243) (OR=1.626,95% IC=1.065～2.483); an expression of melancholy usually (p=0.0233) (OR=1.721,95% IC=1.077～2.751); taciturn, answer others with little words (p=0.0016) (OR=1.933, 95%IC=1.282～2.913); anxiety or upset (p=0.0029) (OR=2.151,95%IC=1.299～3.560) compared with the normal crowd.Further analysis, anger-in associates with their constitution. Group of nurses:Anger-out nurses are statistically significant in body slim (p=0.044) (OR=1.351,95%IC=1.000～1.456) compared with the normal crowd. Further analysis, anger-out relates with their constitution.Anger-in nurses are statistically significant in sulk usually (p=0.0191) (OR=1.897,95 %IC=1.111～3.242); sensitivity and skepticism (p=0.0466) (OR=1.641,95%IC=1.007～2.674) compared with the normal crowd. Further analysis, anger-in mood associates with their constitution.Group of students:Anger-out students are statistically significant in taciturn,answer others with little words (p=0.0003) (OR=1.550,95%IC=1.219-1.970); sulk(p<0.0001) (OR=2.279,95%IC=1.674～3.102); anxiety or upset (p=0.0012) (OR=1.636,95% IC=1.214～2.204) compared with the normal students.Further analysis, anger-out associates with their constitution.Anger-in students are statistically significant in irritability (p=0.0004) (OR=1.841,95 %IC=1.315～2.577); audacity and impulse (p=0.0003) (OR=2.142,95%IC=1.418～3.235) compared with the normal ones. Further analysis, anger-in relates with their constitution.Conclusions:(1)The constitution of anger-out workers:loose stool;wronged cry; tinnitus; an expression of melancholy usually.The constitution of anger-in workers:tinnitus; an expression of melancholy usually; taciturn, answer others with little words; anxiety or upset.(2)The constitution of anger-out nurses:body slim.The constitution of anger-in nurses:sulk; sensitivity and skepticism.(3)The constitution of anger-out students:taciturn,answer others with little words; sulk; anxiety or upset.The constitution of anger-in students:irritability; audacity and impulse.
