The Epidemiology Survey Of The Relevant Research Between The Different Expression Of Anger And The Symtoms Of The Premenstrual Syndrome

Objectives:It is reaserch the different expression of anger clinical features ofPremenstual patients by epidemiology survey for provide a idea to clinical diagnosistreatment and psychoiogical intervention.Methods:All Premenstual syndrome patients were investigated by epidemiccross-sectionnal survey method.The subjects under the direction of the instructor to writegeneral questionnaire,state-trait anger inventory2(STAXI-Ⅱ) and symptom questionnaireon a one-time,and the instructor withdraw the questionnairews at that time. The instructorafter organize the data of the questionnaire and then statistical analysis of Anger-in andanger-out between the symptom of Premenstual syndrome by the statistical method ofspearman linear correlationRusults: The symptoms of Premenstual syndrome which be closed related withanger-out are that irritability, offensive,make things diffcult, unprovoked firing,emotionalfluctuations,language behavior out of control,not concentrate,eyes be red, tongue sores,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,chest tightness,shortness of breath,good sigh, flankfullness, eat less, eructation, hiccups,hungry and not want to eat,indigestion,fart,redurine,back and knee tired,include blood clots and dark purple color of the menstrual，whiteleucorrhea。The symptoms of Premenstual syndrome which be closed related with anger-in arethat anger-in,anxiety,unwilling to participate in social activities,make things diffcult,notconcentrate,vexed hot,mouth sticky。The clinical symptoms of different expresssion of anger of Premenstual patients with the different is also same。The common expressions are that make things diffcult,notconcentrate。The different expressions（1）it is closed related with anger-out are thatirritability, language behavior out of control, hiccups,hungry and not want toeat,indigestion,fart，（2）it is closed related with anger-in are that anger-in,anxiety, vexedhot。Conclusions：The clinical symptoms of different expresssion of anger of Premenstualpatients with the different is also same，and the sydrom is different caused by differentclinical manifestation,So we should be treated differently in the clinical diagnosis andtreatment.The result of the study provide an importent consult for clinical diagnosis andtreatment and psychological intervention.
