The reality show originated in Europe and America,in the economic globalization under the influence of the rapid spread.In 2000,Guangdong TV "survival challenge" broadcast,marking the original Chinese reality show began landing TV screen,after ten years of development,the domestic reality show from the reality of reality show "imitation",the introduction of copyright and then To "localization" innovation,showing a diversified development trend.In recent years,the major TV reality show has repeatedly created a miracle,get high return on profits,but the overall level of reality show is uneven.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part clarifies the research significance of this paper,and briefly introduces the present research situation of the reality show in China.At present,the author studies the present situation of the reality show.The first chapter is an overview of the reality show,combing the reality of the show in the domestic development history,and the reality show made a definition.According to the different ways of division,the current domestic screen reality show type can be divided into six categories from the content: game competition,wild survival category,marriage and dating class,parent-child class,life experience and tourism adventure Types of reality show also have their own characteristics.The second chapter explains the multi-dimensional aesthetic culture in the reality show.The reality show is loved by the public and has become a hotspot in many times.It is inseparable from the diversified popular aesthetic culture.With more than 30 years of reform and opening up and economic reform,China's social culture is open,Western philosophy has gradually been accepted by people,the traditional Chinese ideology system is also changing.At the same time,with the popularity of information technology,people enter the "reading time",reality show program will use visual culture and marketing means has something to do with people's life,then it become a daily leisure way.In the third chapter,in the postmodern culture,the author analyzes the origin of the aesthetic culture of the reality show.The first is the rise of feminism.After the May 4th Movement,freedom and democracy became the theme of the times,and the status of women was continuously improved.Men could also be consumed by women.Second,with the indulgence of aesthetic pursuit is closely related.Audiences in watching reality show,the more is to pursue emotional catharsis and carnival experience,trying to break the mainstream of elite culture.Again,the symbolic consumption is the main body of cultural consumption.Producers will be the reality show ads,stars,fans and programs themselves are molded into a consumer symbol,through the audience to watch,imperceptibly guide the public to carry out real consumption.The fourth chapter discusses the problems of the reality show: the reality show in the production process too much emphasis on commercial interests,in order to improve the ratings,and constantly challenge the social bottom line,resulting in "male color consumption" flood,"star over market" and other issues.The conclusion part of this article made a summary of the reality show must be based on the national culture,a reasonable guide to the public's aesthetic meaning,the dissemination of positive energy.
